product in order to keep our customers coming back.

on how the business works. We can only judge our successes

of an individual reflects back on the company, by
having the highest caliber employees we raise the

Bandit Lites, Inc. practices and fully accepts an
open door policy with all employees. Any employee
with a problem, grievance, complaint, or simply a
little advice is welcome to approach anyone at any
level in the company. It is not only welcomed, but
is the hope of everyone in all levels of management
that any employee will approach them with any problem
whether they think it can be solved or not. Everyone
